Its always better when we're together

since i took so many pictures in Chicago, and i really don't have time to blog them all, im putting only one up, but if you click on this one you can see the best of the others on my flikr page :) The weekend was ace. I got the train from Lawrence to Chicago at 8:30am it was supposed to arrive at 5:49am but because there was 10 inches of snow in Colorado it was delayed until then. The train was a double decker. It had loads of leg room and was pretty comfy. so the 9 hour trip flew by. i was a little worrried i wouldn't find Debi as her phone had no reception and mines was playing up but she managed to call me from a call box and ask why i wasnt there already. so i told her i would be arriveing soon and when i did she was there waiting. with her super long blonde hair !! we got a taxi to the hotel, the essex inn and checked into our room. Then we headed off to meet Evie and Jet for some champagne on ice.....

im going o have to leave it there because i just ralised time has run away and i have a class. il finish this later :) x

hello, its monday and i got back from chicago last night. the weekend was amazing and i had a great time. but before i update all my chicago pics heres what happend on thursday night. there was a competition for the best 2 decorated doors so we made a pretty good effort. we went to wallmart and took pics of ourselfs with all the costumes then printed them out there and came back and made a haunted house and stuck the pics behind the window. it looks pretty ace. dunno if we won but if we didnt its fixed !

im going to Chicago tomorrow, pretty excited. Went out for some beers with katarina last night and it was really good to see her again. Just have one more class and then my best weekend ever starts. We are going to decorate our door for haloween later because theres a competition and the best decorated door wins a prize so il taste some pictures and post them when i can. Im also really looking forward to my 9 hour train trip because it will be good to see some more of america.

Hold on tight, I never knew I'd know much more than this

I haven’t written a nice long post for a while so I thought I would indulge you all tonight since all my exams are over with for the time being. I’m doing ok, living for the weekends and going all out when they arrive. Im getting the train to Chicago on Friday to meet up with Debi and evie and Jet, and I presume it must be because of that, but this week just seems to be going in uber slow motion. Its really nice to slow down for a while though so im not complaining. Now that iv commited myself to this entry I’m finding it hard to remember what iv been planning to write all day.

I switched my room around earlier so I have a bit more of my own space and it just looks a lot better in general. Tonight or tomorrow I going to put up some more pictures and posters and clean up a little for Debi’s belated arrival. My blogs looking a little girly but I tried to use a cool skin from a random website I found and all the formats were wrong so I kind of got stuck with it. Well pictures speak louder than words and im all out of words…so here are some pictures:

I went to this red baloon thing last night which was ace. you get a red baloon and its like your pass to go round all the art galleries. i dont really have time to write much right now, but it was smart and i had fun :) and today i got a snazzy jumper. im just happy so i thought i would post, but now i need to study...

Hello, i just replied to all my comments on here, just thought id write here to say because sometimes comments get lost as this blog dosent let me or the commentor know when a new comment is written. So to update, today i had the hardest test ever it was roughly impossible and im glad it was only 20% but thats probably enough to mess with my grade which was doing pretty good til then. in my film class i got my midterm back, the only thing was worth 100points and the average score was 58points which just shows how hard it was, so i got 78 which im pleased with considering the average but its not ideal. so that gives me 93 out of 120 overall which im supposing is ok. in other news i have a lot of work to do this week and next week, but pretty much from next tuesday i have a little more free time, woo woo. then a week on friday i am going to chicago to meet Debi. rockin.

im an aunty ! wooooooooooooo im so excited ! i was in dunkin donuts drinking a banana and strawberry smoothie and my brother phoned to say samantha kelly has been born :) im off to mrs Es then to the cinema to see Jackass 2, yesterday i went shopping and ate pizza and rented the adam sandler film click. Debi is currently on a plane on her way to canada, she was delayed around 4 hours and was in manchester but thats all i know because its like a 10 hour flight and i cant speak to her right now, in my calculations she will arrive there at around 7pm kansas time so im really looking forward to a txt. anyway i need to go but i just had to update cos its probably the most exciting news since i got here !
