heres a gew pics of the snow and some other random stuff that was on my camera. today i had my marketing presenstation and it went pretty well, although i did rediscover im terrified of speaking even if it is just infront of a class on about 40. so now thats out the way i just have 1 more presentation, 3 papers, a film to edit and 2 finals. which in the context of things isnt all that much. besides one of the papers is a group one and one i just need to finish up tomorrow. i did a market research thing today for extra credit. you had to like remember these shapes and spoken or written words and i got over 96% which the guy was all shocked with, he was like "i invented the dam thing and i can only get 60%" so thus i conclude it will not matter if i dont do well in my finals i can run off and be a lab bunny for my extraordinary talents in shape and word remembering. yas.

today....it snowed, yesterday it was about 21 degrees and today it was -3 ! thats a change of 24 degress if higher maths dosent fail me...over night, and i thought scotland was crazy for weather. its supposed to be -8 tomorrow when im going to class, i cant deal. chen asked me if it gets this cold in scotland and then at first i was like NO WAY ! but it so does it just starts in october so im more prepared for it happening gradually. i went to see the Fred Phelps documentary at the union today. it was made by a student and its about this guy from Kansas who protests religiously. Its a student made documentary and was done really well. none of you michael moore biast opinions stuff here. i would really recommend people to see it as soon as/if its available. its called fall from grace so look out for it. then when i was coming out of the union i seen this guy with a blank skate deck as in a deck with no wheels or trucks. and he was skating on the ice. it was the best thing iv seen in a while, very clever idea. i have a marketing presentation tomorrow so i have to go prepare for that plus do some work for my 8am class. then i have a paper to write tomorrow for my film class plus a marketing research thing for extra credit. then im giving myself sat off because its against my religion to work this much.

Let me tell you bout hard work

hey rat fans, i was in kansas city with Debi, philippa and kathrine today. we had a really good day and went to 2 art gallerys and got too see some christmas lights being turned on. we also went to an ace restaurant where the food is actually delivered to you by train ! its all on Debis blog (link is below) so i dont think it makes sense for me to write it out too. but i just had to express what a good day i had. i love being off school, now i can have my collage experience without all this silly work getting in the way. i also booked my flight to fernie for christmas so i leave here on the 13th of december and get back in the middle of january. im really looking forward to my wintery holiday and all the boarding i plan on doing. as well as all the flavored cider, woo woo.

hello, well yesterday at 12:45 my last class ended and thanksgiving break began ! im so happy because i was really getting bogged down with work and poor debi was getting so bored so probably read every page on the internet...twice. so debi came to meet me after class and we went to the crossing for a pitcher of beer, the sun was shinning and it was really hot so we sat outside and drunk it in the sun. then somehow we were pretty drunk so we came back here and had another beer out on the deck. we also cooked up some mozarella sticks and sweet potato fries. yum. it was ace to just sit out and know i didnt have any work to do. then we went inside and debi decided to watch opera so i could have a nap, then i think we both fell asleep/passed out.
iv got to film my film this weekend, debi is the star and is going to longboard in it. its gonna be pretty ace. i got all the lights and camera and stuff here.
last night we went to the red lion and then to replay and had a few drinks with brett, katarina, phillipa, frida, patrick, and jake. was pretty good, put some beats on in the red lion.
i have to go we are having giant pizza with phillipa for breakfast YUM then going to the brit shop to buy something for maras parents, we are going there for thanksgiving :)

Yo, before i came here i wrote this in another blog..."This could be long so bare with me. I have booked my flight to Kansas and i leave on the 6th of August at 9:10am. Its all fun and games till you realise what you have let yourself in for, going to a country i have never been before leaving behind all my friends (who i hardly ever see anyway for some reason) my family and all my home comforts. im just starting to doubt myself, im not sure i actually have the uber confidence required. Its like when you find out the guiness book of records record for most crackers eaten in a minute is 8 or something. and you get to thinking wow thats nothing i could so do that, it would be well ace to get my name in the book, could tell all my mates and it would be a laff doing it...then you find out that you cant do it cos you just dont have enough saliva. i know that aint the best of metaphors or whatever but im not a writer...more a drawer...il sketch it out for you. "itll all be fine" i hear you cry, but your not the one hurtling yourself through the air to the mid west planes of america. in other news i am goin to the tron on wed, i then would like to support my charitable friend alice in the same way i bought 2 charity singles within a month and grace the gig with my prescense. i think thats all, well thats all that will come out, theres a lot more going on in my head but i think il keep it there."

Hello thought i better update and stop leaving it all up to Debi because if i do that you will get a one sided idea of whats going on here...or something like that. Just had some scrambled eggs and hash browns for breakfast and Debi cooked me nachos last night YUM. we are staying at alicia and stephs just now as they are off gallovanting in las vegas. not sure what we are going to do today, yesterday we came down here after my class and had some strongbow ciders in the garden it was ace. then we watched a couple of films on the sofa ship (technical name for when you push 2 sofas together) and then Debi washed her hair so she had a huge fro. it was amazing and i took a pic but nae doot she won't let me post it on here...il just have to sneaky email it to everyone, she looks like a lion its ace ! Debi has been running round looking after me, im so spoilt. Not been eating at mrs Es since Debi is here so i have like 70 meals to eat in the 2 weeks after she leaves ! but the picnic we got the other day was a meal equivilancy so il just get more of them and i reckon its healthier to eat food we are cooking. i forgot the lead that connects my camera to my comp so you will have to wait for all my pics but heres some debi took yesterday of our cider fest :D

hey, sorry i havent replied to all my comments and things but iv had a virus and wasn't able to get online, but im back now. Just sitting in the burge union with Debi having a salad, oo mum and dad you just tried to call me but my computer dosen't have an inbuilt microphone so i can't answer ! but now my internet is working i can call you later today or tomorrow.

Was out at louises last night with Debi, philipa, frida, brett, katarina and jake so il post some pictures once i have uploaded them. It was a really good night and we had about 3 of thoughs big beers each. then we went to jimmy jones for a sandwich on the way home. Debi bought a new shirt in the atc yesterday too which is what she was wearing last night and its probably the best shirt ever...i think il try and steal it. we are both sitting here typing away folk must think we are pretty antisocial !

i managed to get one permission number so i am officially enrolled in one class next semmester ! im also meeting with the other guy next week so he can size me up...but im pretty skilled so i reckon il get one :)then the marketing ones will come in on the 13th hopefully.

next week in film production we are doing animation, both 3d and 2d so its gonna be ace. also that summer course i did at the edinburgh art collage will really help. i also have to write a script for my narrative film and finish editing my train film, which iv pretty much done, just need to cut out one shot and replace another.
