whats that comin over the hill, is it a monster !?

On Monday Debi and i got the Greyhound bus up to Whistler, it cost $30 and takes about 2 and a half hours. The view out the window is pretty nice with loads of trees and snow and mountains...all you need in a view really. As usual Debi organized the trip so our hotel was wonderful and we got a really good deal which included our lift passes and my board rental. I was able to rent a high performance Salomon board which i think made a difference to my riding. I definitely had a lot of fun. The pics are in a bit of a strange order so use your imagination !

that helmet may not look that cool but when i fell after going off a jump that was out of my league and something crashed against my skull i was very pleased the helmet intervened.

hello fans. i know i know its been a while, but i had to get doing stuff to blog about ! iv been having a really good time as these pictures will probably show :) its January 10th and im about to put up my pictures from new year...its kind of old new but they are funny so here they are, we went to the cellar on granville. it was a $40 cover (about £22) which i was not to chuffed about paying but that seemed to be the standard in Canada. We got a 'free' beer included which was mainly foam, bonus.

so that was new year, pretty standard...drinking and silly hats ! was a good night, but i always resent having to pay over the odds just because its the start of the new year. maybe il start celebrating new year on the 31st of january...whos with me ?

guest blogger update

hi everyone, debi here again, hope you all had a merry new year. time is just flying past and there's so much i need to still fit into my visit.

debbies of to work today so i thought i would update with some pics from my camera, debbies working 12-2ish and then again at 5 so i said i would go and keep her company in between as its not worth her coming home. yesterday we spent the day in the house chillin and cooking lots of good food

we went to the templeton, my fav place to eat in vancouver and stuffed ourselves way to much! they were supposed to be showing a film but i think they had some technical problems so we didnt get to see it


we came all the way to vancouver to have our first ever deep fried mars bar!! it was amazing but possibly a mistake, was such heavy going!


greg had a choc brownie with a silly amount of ice cream!


we managed to finish the mars bar but it cause quite a bit of pain


after slipping on black ice and going up side down greg had to pause for a small puke, we ate far more than a human should


next day we me and debbie headed out for some shopping and coffee. we went to a shop that has an old style photo booth and got some really cool pics!
