My journey: oooh your hair is beautiful

Hey, here it comes..the biggest update to date ! This is a picture of a cool statue down next to the station, its a soldier being lifted up my an angel, it hard to see in silhouette form but you can take my word for it

we went back home and played some cards ... they are tiny crads we are not just giants

we went to get some coffee while we waited on greg to finish up his orientation. at this point we had just been to the bank for the best bank meeting of our lives. We hooked up with an informative man called Daniel, he had wonderful ginger eyelashes and told us what bars to go to and where to snowboard and how to do almost anything. we didn't eve ask. it was amazing, and then as we left everyone said bye and hi fived and we burst into song and dance...well maybe i exaggerated but only slightly. so here is alice, off her face on tea after that wonderful moment...im jittering on coffee behind the camera...

ok so i look a little extatic in this pic...but look at the size of the plate of yam fries they just gave me ! i looooooove them.

We decided our jetlag had calmed down a little so we went out for some beeeeeeeeers, heres greg with a large pint of kokanee

Here is a massive truck...no one is in the pic for scale but that blue box is afctually a 5 storey building. on our way to the next pub a big guy came up to me and said "i wanna cut your hair so bad" he said he had a salon and he'd love to cut my hair...it was odd. i didn't make any solid plans but i might walk past and see if its normal lookin !

so alice and greg have met...they seem pretty happy about that.

alice adding more vodka to our vodka drinks :) at this point the woman told us if we wanted more drinks we had to order food because its a restaurant. which is clearly a lie...so we left.
