hey ratfans. sorry for leaving it so long between updates but il make up for it by making this one really long...cos i know you all love it ! the reason i haven't managed to update till now is cos iv had 3 tests and a 3 page paper due this week...whats that all about. they sure do work you hard here. But i got an A for last weeks product development homework and for my film production test on wednesday so im pretty chuffed with this system. its kind of better cos it takes all the pressure of my main exam. like for product development the actual final exam is only worth 5% of my grade ! so as it is 12:40 in the afternoon here my weekend has officially started and has been started for around about 25 minutes. got some work to do...by some i mean aorund 1million pages to read for all my subjects. but right now im just doing some well earned chilling...and that includes being a bit slack with my grammar and spelling, more so that usual. cos i have a lot to say and im just gonna spill it out

ok so i still have some pictures of my birthday to put up here, i only have ones of my cake and stuff in the flat cos i forgot to take my camera when i left, but il post them up after this unless something more exciting happens and i go off and do that.

ok mum and dad look away ! jsut kidding you can read on but only cos im in america and i got 2 As so u cant be mad !on satuarday i went to my 2nd ever tailgate...it started well but for some reason i desided to drink a whole bottle of rum through the course of the day. this is not wise. the rum is 35% proof and comes in a 75cl bottle. so after talking to a police man for around an hour, with said (illegal in this country) rum in my hand i found my self in replay. do not worry i was not alone, and phillipa and katarina were practically sober and also talking to the police man, phillipa even managed to get his business card ! i have some pics of him too including one of his gun and badge which il post up in due course. so i got into replay by saying my date of birth on my drivers lisense was my national insurance number and my date of issue was when i turned 21. easy peasy lemon squeezy. now heres the tradgedy....i dropped my camera in a pint of beer....its getting better everyday but its still a little drunk. the initial pics i took were blurred but it is getting better with time, although i think i may have to hand it in somewhere so they can have a look, just not sure where, dad ?!

so thats the big news over with, didnt do much on sunday, went back to that place where u get the huge pizza slices with katarina. this whole week iv pretty much stayed in every night to prepare for tests and write my paper. i even got up on tuesday morning at 5:30am to revise for my test at 8am....thats unheard off i know. i think these americans are having an effect on me !

finally got all my post. the stupid stupid annoying people that work here had had 1 of my parcels since the 23rd of august !!! and they only told me on the 11th of september...i mean it dont take much, just shove a wee bit paper in my mailbox. so out of order. meant i only just got my birthday present from debi now ! but now i have some cool sock - which are far too hot for this climate ! a beautiful hand crafted wallet and a cool necklace :) loving it. its debis birthday today, think she is out celebrating as i type this, in her amazing new t shirt i posted over from the cool vintage shop here :)

just listening to some james morrison right now, hes so good.(dad you would like him, get it downloaded :)) this entry may well take up the whole page like. oo in other news - the linolium on our kitchen floor is all ripped up cos wen miss kansas was here she made the tiny little tear worse and ripped it right up. so they said for ages they were gonna fix it and then yesterday we got a letter and it seys, yeh we'll fix it but it will take us 2 weeks, in which time ul have to move out to tower A...this is seriously the smallest piece of lino ever. we are outraged. so hopefully if we go down and tell them not to bother we wont have to move out.

all in all im feeling pretty good this week, i totally hit a lul last week, they sed that would happen at all the meetings though - like after about a month u would kind of start to miss home. didnt really help that that co incided with my birthday. but since then iv been on a little bit of a high despite having a lot of work to do.
