Y LAS NUBES SE CARGARON A LO LARGO DEL CIELO

Hello strangers. It's been a while, but doesn't that make it even more exciting ! look at all the word you have still to read > i haven't written them yet but they are workin there way from my brain to my finger tips. so 2 reasons i haven't blogged until now 1) no one comments thus its all give give giiiive. email me or send me a message on facebook or get on a plane and come visit me or post a tiny wee comment. it will make my day, its hard being away from all you guys. and 2) iv not been up to that much of recent !

Where to start.........Iv been enjoying a lot of coffee shops of recent; people watching and taking notes on life. I think iv managed to develop a bit of an intolerance to caffeine as the last time i had a latte i got a little more hyperactive than usual and felt a little crazy. bonus. There are a lot of nice coffee shops on main street and also on commercial so thats where i tend to go, iv been reading a lot more too as i joined the library the other week. The library here is fantastic and has a huge selection of books (as libraries tend to). Currently im reading tooth and nail by Ian Rankin, i got it because i thought all his books were set in Edinburgh but low and behold this is one of the only ones where Rebus is in London ! Nevermind it's pretty good so far, i don't normally read books about murder etc due to my over active imagination but i wanted a change.

Today i am going to go to 4th ave and pick up a lift pass so i can go snow boarding for free tomorrow night. Heading up Seymour mountain as they have a girls board free night on Mondays. Going with Alice and Dru who have both never snowboarded before so im gonna have to bash out a few lessons and hope no one gets hurt ! pictures will follow !

Went to the Cambie last wednesday with Greg and met some really cool people. We overheard them talking and thought they were scottish but then found out they had just made a deal before they came out to speak in scottish accents all night, CAUGHT ! i totally believed the girl though, her accent was the best iv heard, better than mine ! We ended up going to honey with them, which is a club just around the corner. There was a pretty cool band playing there and sleemans was on special so it was a good night :)

On Thursday i had my date wil alice...iv really managed to work myself into a routine mon- caffeine fest tue- laundry etc then work wed - drinks with greg thur - date with alice - fri, sat, sun - work ! Iv never had such structure ! so anyhoo Alice and i went into town and did a bit of shopping but i didn't buy anything and then we went for some Indian food, Iv been a veggie for 2 weeks now and it still hasn't posed a problem...Alice's chicken did look good though... After a delicious meal we got the bus to main (we are both the proud owners of bus passes now) and went to a tea shop. It had nothing on Steeps and although Alice enjoyed her tea mines was a bit rubbish. Plus i was not a fan of the woman working there, she was pretty rude. After some delicious tea we went to the regional assembly of text as they have a letter writing club on the first of every month. As soon as we walked in all you could here was the sound of about 28 typewriters clicking away. I noticed later a girl was recording the sound onto her walkman type thing. We didn't get on a typewriter but i had a cookie and used a tonne of stamps to make some paper and envelops look pretty. It was really cool, i will def be going back next month. Afterwards we went home and had some drinks.

I just realised its almost 2 and since we live out in the sticks i better get my skates on and get to 4th and get my free pass before work. Catch you later x
